either buy a new tyre or take it to a mororcycle repair shop (not a car place) and let them throw it away for u !
riding a bike with dodgy tyres is like running through trafice blindfolded, you are gonna get hurt sometime u just dont know when !

best thing to repair is to use rubber plugs but i would buy a new tyre if your running on sticky compounds and if its on the side wall throw it away :)

but if your trying to fix a bike tire pump it up and submerge it in a sink or bucket to see where the air is escaping, you shopuld see a trail of bubbles pull it out and mark it w/ tape of chalk or something and make sure there are no more leaks. once the leak has been spotted use some sandpaper of a file or buffer to roughen up the rubber around the leak. then apply rubber sealent over the aera and apply the patch. wait a few hours to dry and then pump up the tire and put it back into use.

if your trying to fix a flat on a motorcycle, i wouldn't reccommend it, its too dangerous and unpredictable.
