Would you please tell me how can I set the phone to show the caller ID?
I called in the operator service, they said that I should set the phone.
But I'm trying to do that, and it's not showing.
The model is Panasonic KX-TG1100.

I think that that model shows Caller ID by default. If you can't see Caller ID on any phone then you need to talk to your phone company - again!

If you can see caller ID on other phones then you need to set the phone back to Factory Settings. If that doesn't fix it then the phone is faulty (unlikely) and should be exchanged.
