Why is there water at bottom of fridge?

I have a Kelvinator fridge/freezer.At times I find water at bottom of fridge. The door seals appear to be ok.I wondered if by chance the big bottles inside door were pushing against shelves and slightly opening door? The fridge freezes ok.This is a fairly old fridge, but I can't afford a new one.
