My Tv suddenly became all fuzzy and smeared?

Shortly after turning my Tv on a couple weeks ago the screen became blurred and fuzzy. The sound and colour are fine but nothing but fuzz can be seen. Basically it is the same as viewing normal channels but completely out of focus.......
