How do I fix my frozen SanDisk mp3 player?

Everytime I turn on my e200 SanDisk mp3 player it freezes when the SanDisk sign appears on the screen. I can turn it off, but whenever I try to turn it on it freezes at the same spot. I tried plugging it in to my computer, but all it does is turn on, and freeze at the SanDisk sign! What do I do?!?

well when this happens (and for sandisk Mp3 player its alot) the player's own internal memory has failed and it can no longer read its own programing this can happen meany of ways 1 you unpluged it when it was writing/reading files, 2 power surge, 3 satic shock, 4 water damaged (washed in a washer and or dryer) 5, currupted songs, 6 your computer or you could have deleated files off the mp3, and 7 compleat power loss and then failure in memory. please replay to me at my email address at cnvirus@live.com and tell me what the player did befor it stoped working.
