your ice tray probably has a crack in it.when it twists, not all the ice falls out due to crack in tray.when it automatically refills it overflows due to volume of non empty tray.

My mum bought an Indesit fridge two years ago. The installer / delivery person didn't mention about the gadget inside the fridge - the hole which had a pusher in it. I checked in the instruction book at the time and I saw no mention of whether the pusher (didn't know it was a pusher then) had to be left in or taken out. So we decided to leave it in - not knowing what it was for. Two years later and regular weekly intimittant pooling ever since inside the base of the fridge which would overflow and I finally phoned Hotpoint / Indesit. I was told that the hole should NOT have the pusher (now I learned that it was a pusher / clearing tool) left in it while the machine was in operation! This might help you. If not it will help someone else. It could be that the pusher is left in either the fridge or freezer part of your fridge-freezer.
