Once our washer reaches the rinse and spin cycle, instead of pumping water from the waste pipe, water gushes from the detergent drawer.

could be the filter thats blocked turn off machine remove small panel at the back and you will see a black pipe coming off the tub unscrew this and the filter is inside that pipe there will be like a plastic basket and a plastic ball this will probably be blocked make sure to get as much water out the machine as possible otherwise when you ungo the pipe water will go everywhere, hope this helps.
