How can remove a file infected with Win32.Clspring!generic?

I have an infected file. It states that a tmp file is infected with this virus. I have scanned my computer with Lavasoft AdAware, Spybot Search and Destroy and My Norton Internet Security and Norton Anti-Virus. Still I am getting the messsage that this still exists. I have disabled the system restore on my Windows XP. What can I do to get rid of this thing???

The only way i was able to get rid if this was:
1) disconnect from the internet
2) run a good spyware program and delete all the files it finds
3) empty the recycle bin
4) set up a new account as sys admin on your computer
5) log off current user
6) delete the user account and all files where the virus is hiding in the doc and settings folder

You will loose all setting for desktop and any files in my documents, but at least the virus is gone.
