I have the instruction manual for the ES-01 Espresso Maker, by Rowenta. If you still need the manual, give me a mailing address and I will put it in the mail (U.S. Mail). My ES-01 gave out.

They have a similar model - the Allegro, but if that doesn't help you may want to contact them. I was able to figure it out quite easily by trial and error.
