Use a proxy but they are kind of slow....otherwise crack the PC to get admin rights by resetting computer into Safe Mode and download a crack shareware...otherwise you will need to duplicate MAC address from a known one able to surf free or just get the tunnel information....which is a command line that you execute into your RUN window.....depending on where do you want to get connection (company, school, etc), command line will apply....basically it's a number followed by server address and some other things...and login and password....

to actually unlock them you would have to hack the admin account (very hard). if you just wanted to get around the blocking then you could use a proxy (there are thousands). to find one just google proxy or use my favorite- www.mywebsite2.info/proxy
