Dishwasher program operates, but doesn't wash dishes and water does not heat-vibration and noise comes in on certain cycles, can I rectify or can you refer me to a local engineer in the CRAWLEY/HORLEY, Sussex area?

Just had that problem with mine.
Turned out to be the polystyrene float cut off valve under the machine.
Access this by removing the bottom grey panel at front. Partially open door and you will see the two Philips screws underneath, don't worry about the machine tipping forward as the front legs are fastened to the machine by a couple of 'Fling buttress' type protrusions.
Now remove the galvanised plate together with felt soundproofing, secured by 2 tiny self tapping screws on the bottom edge.
The cut off valve is the white rectangular plastic module clipped into the base plate, just right of centre.
Push the clips out and carefully remove it forwards.
Clean the debris off the polystyrene float, exercise the micro switch on the top, and then refit back into the machine.
Once you have clipped it back in place, make sure that if you move the 'float' upwards it activates the micro switch.
That’s it, Reassemble the machine, and away you go
