how can i fix my magellan 1200?

I was viewing my files on my computer for my sat nav using usb cable and accidentally removed the folder named app. now i cannot connect my sat nav using the usb to replace it! please help me

i deleted all the files on my magellan 1200 and all that comes up is sysview i need to find a way to download files
