the turbothermic plus doesn't appear to be working very well. Water accumulates and when you open the door the water pours on the floor. I'm assuming that it is some sort of 'fan' for the drying process that should expel moisture from the drying process. Can these be replaced?

Hi the dishwasher will have a fan which may me faulty and Miele will have spares. You have to take the side of the machine of to get to it and it is not particlarly easy.
You could be better off booking a service call with Miele who charge £92 for an hours labour which should just be sufficient - part is extra
