1998 kangoo diesel 1.9 bypass immobiliser?

Help. ignition key wouldnt go into my barrell one day because my key was a bit chewed up. i changed barrell and had new keys but it wont start. i thought that if i kept the old key in the van that it would knock the immobiliser off and i could start it with the new barrell and keys. what do i do or how can i bypass the immobiliser

HOPEFULLY YOU STILL HAVE YR OLD KEY . IT WILL HAVE WITHIN IT A CHIP. U NEED TO SECURE THE OLD KEY IN CLOSE PROXIMITY ( TAPE OR CABLE TIE IT) CLOSE TO THE IGNITION KEY HOLE ( IDEALLY INSIDE THE COWLING) THEN YR NEW UNCODED KEY WILL WORK AS YR OLD KEY `CHIP` WILL DO THE BUSINESS WIV THE IMMOBILISER.(NORMALLY THERE IS A PICK UP THAT LOOPS AROUND THE IGNITION BARREL WHICH COMMUNICATES WITH THE CHIP IN YOUR KEY ( IN THIS CASE YR OLD KEY!)) NOTICE ONCE THE VEHICLE IS STARTED AND UNLOCKED YOU `SHOULD` BE ABLE TO PROGRAMME A NEW CHIPPED KEY- I DON`T HAVE SPECIFICS ON THIS- GO TO A REPUTABLE AUTO TYPE LOCKSMITH - IT`LL COST U LESS AND LESS HASSLE THAND A DEALER.
