Recently bought this mower 2nd hand, it had a few good runs then this morning it cut out once, I topped up with fuel as it was a bit low. It then run for another 5 mins before cutting out again. Now when I pull it to start fuel flies out of the holes in the filler cap and it wont start. Any help appreciated.

there is an internal diaphragm which needs replacing frequently

Think I have found the problem seems to be the start / stop lever not engaging properly
