Where to find Reverse Light switch and replace it on my Mitsubishi Carisma?

Hi,
My reverse lights are always on the moment I switch on the main key. I think this might be something to do with the reverse light switch. How do I locate this on my Mitsubishi Carisma R reg (1998, 1.6 manual) and how to replace this?
Would really appreciate any help from you experts...
