Should be able to remove lens from bulb and then unscrew bulb.Switch off power first

They have thick glass covers that you remove from the inside of the oven - circular ones usually unscrew and a rag helps you to get a good grip. Rectangular ones are held in place with sprung wire - a robust straight bladed screwdriver will easily prise the glass cover off. The lamp itself unscrews.
