web pages stop loading?

i'm with bt broadband, and at least a dozen times a day i have to re-start my hard wired pc to get back onto the net. bt tell me there is no fault. but this continues to happen. you can browse away for ages ,then web pages stop loading. i get msg saying : www.microsoft.com or yahoo, etc, is not configured for internet access.

If restarting you PC fixes it then it isn't BT's problem, it is problem with your PC/browser but it is difficult to say what from your description.

If you are using Internet Explorer, try downloading Mozilla Firefox and see if that works better.
