1. You can install a free antivirus software. Maybe AVG is a good one.
2. You can remove the virus by yourself. What you need is some basic computer knowledge and make good use of google search. :0) Then, you can remove the virus manually. Here is a very good article on how to remove computer virus manually and automatically.
