i bought a second hand samsumg d500 it was working in the shop i put my own sim card in ad it keeps telling me to unlock i tryed to unlock the keypad with no luck it wont let me do nothing with the keys ant answers please

Remove the four screws under the battery and gently prise the back cover off
You will find that the camera or the volume switch on sides are not correctly positioned and this causes the phone to crash so no buttons will work check they are in the rubbers correctly on both sides
