fix wiper linkage?

how do you fix passenger wiper linkage wich has come off.vauxhall vectra 2003

wiper linkage is a problem with vectra c - not repairable and you have to replace the whole linkage assembly . Part costs £76.00 from main dealer. Easy to fit but difficult to get access. tried to do mine but can't get the black plastic bit out under the windscreen.
