Our Neff dryer is working. However, we don't know where the water is going to? Every so often it says to empty the water filter but when i empty it there is nothing in it. Is there another water filter?

If you remove the top cover there is a large silver coloured manifold which contains the heating element. At the side of this is a small trip switch which if you push in it will reset. If it trips out again then you have a problem with the element. Time for an electrician!
