How can I stop water leaking at bottom of my servis fridge?

I have a Servis fridge/freezer and there is a pool of water constantly sitting on the floor of my fridge under the salad draws, I've tried turning the temperature up and down, I've cleaned out the water outlet, but nothing.
I would be grateful if anyone help please?
