canon chichester gas cooker?

I have had canon gas cooker for 3 years. Recently the two larger burners have stopped functioning properly. the flames have become week ( the air & the gas mixture seem to be not correct). I have tried cleaning them., but no improvement. Any help please

The oven has no gas flow and there is no ingition coming on to turn the grill and top part of the gas cooker.
