The Drain Hose is on the back not the front.Lean washer forwards remove small access plate at bottom of washer,remove waste pipe (grey),should then see small black hose unclamp this and clean out

turn off power, lean washer backwards( have someone assist) site a hose at the bottom of the tub unclamp hose(watch out for water flow, then clean out this hose. it has a filter/ plastic inside.
