Delonghi Coffee Repair?

DeLonghi Magnifica coffe maker. Diffuser unit stuck at top of machine. All lights flashed in sequence. I have wound the diffuser down manually by turning the motor (removed the back) and removed and cleaned diffuser. Now when machine plugged in all lights come on but motor does not run. When on/off switch on macine pused the 1 and 2 cup green lights and the !red light come on steady but machine will do nothing else.

I had the same problem with my machine this morning. The 1 and 2 cup lights were solid green and the warning triangle was on. When I opened the machine to clean the infuser it was impossible to reach. I unplugged the machine and on switching this back on the infuser came down to its normal position. I have just cleaned it and turned the machine back on and it has just made me, finally, my morning coffee. Good luck

could be a faulty motor that has taken out the main PCB. If this is the case then you would need to change both parts.
