We have power going to our tv, but when we go to turn the power botton on nothing happens. no sound no picture, but when you go to unplug it you can hear the speakers turn off. what might be wrong with it?
Try pressing and HOLDING any of the buttons on the TV and then use the REMOTE to turn on the tv. Does this work? If so, maybe you have the same problem as me (whatever that is).
