I am unable to switch on my Zen and my computer is not recognising it when I plug into the USB connection. It displays the message 'Hardware Problem'.

I have tried accessing the recovery mode but it will not let me do this either.

Does anybody have any idea of how I could fix it or is it time for a new player?
