A bolt has come away from the bottom block of the washing machine. How do I get at these bolts to replace it?

Lean the machine backwards,, open the door and remove the door seal outer lip to gain access to the weight bolts,, you will prob find the bolt has broken as this is a common fault with hoover washing machines ,,, i know this as i was an engineer for gias the hoover candy service division... thinkyourselv lucky the hoover tv 630 tumble dryer would often catch fire!!
