KLE 500 one cylinder not working?

Hi I have a Kawasaki kle 500 A1 for some reason the left cylinder stops firing when I first star the engine
there is a good spark but the plug is wet with fuel when i remove it any ideas.

Sounds like its flooding badly, remove carb, remove floatbowl & inspect float for puncture & possible fuel inside it, check float needle for wear(groove around the tip) also the needle valve seat for wear/obstruction/muck.Check float & needle for free operation & check correct float height.
