Equator brand washer/dryer--pipes etc. sent with it don't fit well?

The instructions on this very expensive, bought-new machine say 'TRY TO fit A into B', both of which they provide, and it has always leaked leaked leaked, even with sponges and buckets and all that set up around it. Any ideas beyond to use it for a table, which is what I have done for a few years now? Their service people on the phone were useless. Thanks in advance--

It's a washer/dryer, one unit, made in Italy I think, a few years old and bought new, with original fittings which fit poorly from the word go. EZ 3600 CEE clothes processor is the name on machine...

Have you tryed wrapping the join point with teflon tape before joining? If the connection from the water source is the problem, not sure where is A and B, you may be trying to match European and US threading. You would need specialty plumbing supplies to make this work and I am not sure of a source. Are you in Florida? lucydes2000@yahoo.com

most repairers have discontinued relationships with equator because of incompetant performance. be creative. put the machine outside where the leaks dont matter.
