Can anyone tell me how to remove the glass cover protecting the light in a Neff top oven? Supposed to turn clockwise and then come off but although the glass cover will turn, no way can I get it off in order to replace the light bulb. Anyone else had this problem?

Clockwise will tighten - anticlockwise will undo - use a damp cloth for a better grip.

At least that's the general case - if your manual says undo clockwise then I'm astounded.
