How do I get my homepage from appearing at the startup?

When I start up my computer it always starts up the homepage. I do not want my homepage to appear. How do I stop it?

Ryan..
You don't say which browser you are using, so I'll assume it is Internet Explorer.
1) Work out which page you want to use as your Home Page. (You can litterally have a blank page if you wish.)
2) In Internet Explorer, click on the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
3) The Internet Options window will appear. The first tab is headed General. On this tab you will see a frame called Home Page and a field called Address. Type the full URL you wish to use as your Home Page into this Address Field. (For example http://www.howtomendit.com) If you wish to have a blank page as your Home Page, instead of entering a URL in the Address Field press the Use Blank button.
4) Click the Apply Button at the bottom of the window.
5) Click the Okay Button and you've finished.

Test your change by pressing the Home Button on your browser.
