zen v plus 2 gb stuck in recovery mode?
Since 11/5/10 - no menu visible, no shutdown capability; will charge; shows up in computer's hardware mgr...all firmware & apps reinstalled updated via creative support site 11/6. As of 11/8/10 no change in problem.
