Dont waste your time. Remove it and fit a thermostat controlled electric fan. There are multi fit models for all vehicles. Its what every Land Rover owner used to do before LR started to see sense and fit them themselves.
Why waste energy turning a great big paddle when the ram effect does 90% of the engine cooling unless you intend doing a trans-Sahara expedition.
Just enter 'electric radiator fan' in a Google (UK) search and all will be revealed. They're even on eBay!
