how do i type in the code for my radio ( ford astra )?

i don't know how to type in the code for the radio

you can contact your ford dealer, giving him the radio i.d. number which is fixed to the body of the radio.
this requires taking the radio partially out.if you cannot do this, ford will oblige.once they have this unique number ,they contact ford (u.s.a.?)via internet, who then return with the unlock code.it cost me 15 pounds plus v.a.t.there are web sites that can obtain this code much cheaper, but you have to surf for them.hope this helps. p.s. ring fords, they dont bite
