seat clutch problem?

I have a 2003 seat alhambra. In the past year it has had 2 clutches fitted, fly wheel and clutch plate which has also been bled several times. The car remains very difficult to get into gear especially first and reverse, you either have to turn the car off or rev it to get into gear, it also creeps along when you clutch or brake.
Mechanic is at a loss, has checked bearings, nothing there, seat couldnt help either. would appreciate some suggestions if anyone has had same problem
thanks.

firstly is the correct grade of oil being used in gearbox [too thick and it canmake it hard to put in gear when cold] if its a cable clutch check for cracks/flexing where outer cable mounts,is cable outer portion ok?. is clutch bled ok [not sure of your vehicle but is bleed nipple uppermost on clutch slave cyl], also are all gearbox to engine bolts fitted -none missing,
