i i have was on the motorway when my van lost power i managed to pull over on to the hard shoulder but had to call the breakdown out who couldn't mend it and ended up having to transport me and my van 150 miles back home..a light has appearded on the dash looks like a car and spanner i have tried prsing the throttle and brake pedals to the floor and turning on the ignition (but nit starting the van ) it states that the spanner light will blink the codes but this doesn't happen, in fact nothing happens i can't even get the van to start..it does have fuel in it and the right sort, can anyone help this maiden in distress oh and my once trusted little van...please ...i need her back on the road asap....thank you

try the air mass meter, my vauxhall was simmilar,i tried everything,it kept loosing power ect.
