Humax PVR 9200T File list over load. How to recover recordings?

My recorder seems to have a maximum list of 100 files. We accidentally over ran this. Now can't see or access any of the first 100 files. However, the HDD data page shows 73% used and some 36GB available so the drive must still have the files. Can anyone tell me how to access and download some to DVD. There is a programme my young daugther appeared in that we want to recover. PVR is about 5 years old

The recording limit is a total of 511.
You have a hard disk index corruption.

It may be that the programme you want is behind one of the visible recordings and with the wrong name. You may be able to find it by trial and error and then attach a DVD recorder via scart and record the programme that you do not want to lose.

Or you could:
. Locate an adapter for connecting a PATA HDD drive to a PC.
. Locate a PC and load humaxrw on to it.
. Learn how to use the line commands of humaxrw
. Locate a screwdriver and connect the hard disk inside the 9200T via the adapter to the PC
. Use humaxrw to fix the corruption
. Use humaxrw to extract the programme(s) you want to a PC for safe keeping
. Put the 9200T back together again

Or you could unfortunately say good-bye to the recording and format the hard drive so that you have a working 9200T again
MENU -> Record -> HDD Control -> Format.
But this will cause you to lose all your recordings.
