(2)My side by side refrigerator is at 99 deg. The freezer side is at -8. ? ?

Thanks SD for your advice. I removed the heater that was on the bottom of the evaporator, is that the only one? It did not change anything when I removed it. Not exactly sure how to check a temp sensor. I think it's a thermistor. Do I need a certain resistance at a specific temp. Or is continuity through it all I need? Are all the temp sensors the same? Can I use the same temp sensor that was in the refrigerator area in the freezer. It's mounted to the evaporator tube next to a thermostat. As for the relay/triac on power board. Is that on the main board I already replaced? Is the triac a speed control for the fan? I can hear the fan running in the freezer, It's not running fast enough to get the cold air into the fridge side. I checked the duct for a flapper type door to see if it was blocked or stuck, I could not find one. Its wide open into the refrigerator side. When I plug it in after working on it, It is still doing the same thing. After running for a few minutes the freezer starts cooling down and the refrigerator starts warming up. After about 24 hours, My refrigerator is at 99 deg. The freezer side is at -8. ?
