expansion vessel is flat at the back. call an engineer - or take off the case - open the pressure relief valve in the back right hand corner (red twist knob) in behind boiler you will find an orange disk anout the size of a car wheel with a foot pump connection on. pump this up to 1 bar, close pressure relief vale and re-rill. should sort it.
