Gree 12000BTU a/c. Plug light shows green. tried to switch on manual or remote but does not turn on. Display or compressor is U/S. What to look for, could it be a stuck float in the holding tank. Drained some water and was alittle rusty. A/C is only 2 yrs old. Help
