I would like to ask John who posted in August 2011 if he found a solution to his electrical problem with his Berlingo. I have the same problem with my '53 Citroen Berlingo 2L HDi ie: all dash warning lights on, headlights, reversing lights on with no key in ignition. Car won't start and there is a wierd buzzing sound coming from the front end of the car. Would appreciate any suggestions on the possible cause of this problem.
