my freezer temp started rising about a month ago to -13 now sitting at zero. Fridge seems ok. Opened the back of freezer fan is working ok ice around a part on the left hand side dont know what the part is or if this is normal? applience used to make a lound motorised sound when working doeasnt now. Any suggestions on a fix most welcome.
