Creda Simplicity Condenser Dryer is Leaking Water?

My Creda Simplicity Condenser Dryer is leaking water. It seems to be coming out of the bottom of the machine at the back. There is very little water in the water-catcher after a drying cycle. How can I stop it leaking?
