How can I find my fault on my JCB 3CX?

I have a JCB 3CX 1993 model, whether hot or cold sometimes it has power in forward and reverse and sometimes not, I have changed all clutches , transmission pump, piston seals, put new oil (castrol agritrans +80w)new filter, cleaned strainer, and it seems to leak oil from the breather under the solinoid valve and get hot.
