I removed infuser in order to clean it. Now the bracket on the insider of the machine that holds the infuser is in a "down position" and I cannot replace the infuser. I need to know how to get this bracket back in the proper position in order to fit the infuser back in place. I tried holding espresso one cup and two cups simultaneously. nope. tried holding on button. nope
