The TV goes to views link picture sound setup the remote batteries have been replaced on the remote . The remote dose not work and all you get is the vipers link

Can you drive the TV via the buttons on the set itself?
Have you checked if its is actually the remote that isn't working- not that the set does not respond? Search for for - say - "check tv remote with camera"
Is a button jammed down - either on the remote or on the set?
