How can I fix my snow globe?

The snow inside the globe has gummed together inside the globe is there a way to change the water and snow and if yes where would I find the new filler?

Hello,
I have repaired many snow globes over the years. It can be tricky to do if you don't have the correct tools and skills. I am getting started in the snow globe repair business and I would be happy to help you out and fix it for you if you want to ship it to me and pay for the return shipping. I know of one person who does this for $25 and I would be happy to do it for only $10 to start getting some good public relations going. Let me know if you want me to do it for you. You can reach me at thefrodo.baggins@gmail.com. If you think you want to attempt it on your own I can help you out with that too. Just let me know.
