How can I fix my take up reel on Bell & Howell Filmo Diplomat 16mm ?
How can I fix my take up reel on my Bell & Howell Filmo Diplomat 16mm projector, Design 173, Model D? The reel starts to take up then stops or goes for a little bit then stops. Slowing down the play seems to make it worse.
